2017 Improving Access Outlook ReportAccess remains a priority for health care consumers. Yet, the system today includes friction points that make it difficult for consumers to get access and for health care companies to successfully engage consumers and efficiently deliver and manage care.

As part of the 2017 Health Evolution Summit, health care leaders from payer, provider, innovator, and investor institutions came together in the Outlook on Improving Access by Reducing Friction for Consumers to discuss opportunities to reduce frictions in the new health care marketplace.

The Outlooks brings together leaders from across the industry to strengthen understanding of the art of the possible and how to create value by connecting with customers in new and different ways. Leaders convene and work together to identify which new technology-enabled models are creating value… and more importantly, what is necessary to drive success at scale going forward.
