Senior Manager, Enterprise & Fellow Success

Melani (Lani) Mattson is the Senior Manager of Enterprise & Fellow Success, where she oversees the Fellowship onboarding and engagement process throughout their tenure.

Prior to joining the Health Evolution family, Lani assisted in the launch of AskAdvisory, a client portal created to provide direct research expertise, supporting clients across the healthcare ecosystem. She served as a Delivery Analyst, providing best-practice guidance focusing on topics such as health equity, payer strategy, care delivery innovation, and workforce strategies.

Lani holds degrees in both Public Health and Political Science, as she is passionate about the intersection between policy and quality of life. Despite her brief stint as an east-coaster, Lani is a forever born-and-bred Angelino. She currently resides in Santa Monica, California and spends the majority of her free time taking advantage of her proximity to the beach, desert, and mountains.
