Yutong is the co-founder and CEO of Quantile Health, a gene therapy patient access platform based in New York City. Quantile offers a subscription-based payment model that allows employers and plans to contract directly with drug manufacturers. Payers of all sizes can subscribe to gene therapies at a fixed per-member, per-month cost, eliminating the need to pay millions per treatment. Before founding Quantile, Yutong served as the lead data scientist at Oscar Health, a Google-backed health insurance startup, and as a quant trader at Virtu Financial.
