SVP & COO, AdventHealth

Duncan Grodack is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for AdventHealth. Throughout his more than 20-year career at AdventHealth, Duncan has served the organization in diverse IT leadership roles spanning the disciplines of product, project & process management, shared IT service delivery, software development, and application management. In his current role, he leads the efficient running of the AdventHealth IT operating model and management system across a large multi-state technology organization.

In addition to leading daily operations, he oversees information technology planning and strategy across the entire organization. He is also responsible for systemwide IT strategies that focus on consumer, digital health, applications, finance, project delivery, service management, communications, contracting, global services, market operations and innovation partnerships.

He previously served as Vice President and Associate Chief Information Officer for AdventHealth. His experience also includes roles with AdventHealth Orlando (formerly Florida Hospital) as Assistant Vice President of Information Systems and Director of Business Intelligence. Grodack earned a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Saint Leo University.

In his spare time, he enjoys family time with his wife Corey and four young children.
