In his 2.5 years at Everside, Adam’s teams achieved the organization’s two largest growth years and added the company’s two largest clients. Under Adam’s leadership, the team improved its client Net Promoter Score (NPS) from +28 to +80 and the patient NPS from +73 to +90. In addition to expanding the company’s flagship primary care product, Adam’s teams launched and sold mental health, occupational health, virtual care, MSK, and coaching products. Adam’s teams successfully raised a $162M growth equity round for the organization in 2022 and played an important role in the merger between Marathon Health and Everside Health announced in early 2024.

Adam also has more than a decade of experience in healthcare leadership roles. He was the Head of Health Strategy at Alight Solutions where he owned the health navigation business and managed the broader $1.2B Health business portfolio. During his time at Alight, Adam led the acquisition of Consumer Medical, which added expert medical opinion capabilities to the business. His teams created a new product suite that transformed Alight’s health business from a BPO focus to a value-based care suite while growing the navigation business from $50M to $200M. Clients like Cisco, Dell, General Electric, Grainger, Sysco, and Walgreens were early adopters of the expanded suite of services.

In 2018, Adam joined Alight by selling Compass Health to Alight Solutions. Adam was the President of Compass where he led the commercial and operational functions of the business. He was a part of the original team at Compass that built one of the early health navigation businesses. The team added clients like Atmos Energy, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Chili’s Restaurants, Container Store, Maggiano’s, McDonalds, Michael’s Craft Stores, Southwest Airlines, and T-Mobile. Adam led two growth equity rounds and an acquisition at Compass in addition to ultimately transacting the exit for the business.
